Since that dinner, Levi had successfully made Zack fall head over heels for him. It was not about him leaving me for Levi because I knew how much Zack loved me, but he tried to involve Levi in everything we did. Whenever Zack and I hung out, he sometimes said, "Let's invite Levi!" Whether it was for dinner, going to Sanur, Ubud, or just having an afternoon tea. Levi rarely declined if he had no other plans.
