"And the other part?" Eric asked. I saw the faint glimmer in his eyes. 

Oh, yes, that part, I thought as I reflected on the fact that he totally ignored that I admitted to wanting to hit his mother. Interesting.

"I will decide when I want to have children. It is not the most urgent thing on my mind," I said. 

"But would you like some... eventually?" he asked with his brows furrowed. He looked really adorable in that moment.

"Yes, one day," I replied with a smile. Who knew I would be sitting here beside this man talking about my future? Maybe our future… 

"Very well," he replied, then he took a small sip of his drink. 

“Just so you know, I would very much like to have at least two children. A boy and a girl," he added slowly as he gazed at me.

"I didn't know you wanted children. You don't seem like the fatherly type," I said as I I raised a brow at him and sat upright. 

"And you don
