Chapter 26. The Grimoires

Kaden led Elijah inside the Greenhouse. The Greenhouse was one of the most important places in the Timberfang Pack. It was a sacred place where different important plants were grown, including rare medicinal and healing herbs, and it was also a place of ritual for the Pack.

Some training for wolves was often held here, since it helped connect wolves more to the natural cycles and the earth itself.

As they walked in, Elijah felt the slight clash between the earth signatures that were all around them, and the book which was sitting on a desk in the corner. It emitted a different energy- the odd one out ever since Rhiannon handed it to him.

“You said it started to vibrate?” Elijah asked, stopping right now in front of the thick leather-covered book that appeared centuries old.

“The moment I walked into the Greenhouse, yes,” Kaden replied, his eyes fixed on the book.
