Chapter 31
POV: Harin
In the first week, recording for seven hours every day was exhausting, but by the second, I hardly noticed the fatigue anymore. Everyone was more familiar with me, and they made fewer mistakes with my pronouns. It made me a bit happier, but it always felt like something was missing. Or rather, someone.
“Isn’t it annoying that he’s become such a good thing at work? Now I miss him a lot, even though we still talk every day.”
“Harin, seriously, you’re so screwed.”
“Why?” I looked at my brother. We were at his apartment, on his bed, and I was eating an apple that belonged to him.
“Because in two weeks, you only talk about him. It’s Jaewon here, Jaewon there. You’re so screwed for him.”
“We’re just friends…”
“Of course you are.” He rolled his eyes.
I got up to get another apple and sighed when I had to return with a pear in my hand.
“Your apples are finished.” I said, throwing myself back on the bed.
