Chapter 64
POV: Harin
When we reached the boss’s floor, my stomach churned, and a cold sensation took over my body. I couldn’t explain why, but Doyoon, even though he had always been nice to me, still gave me a little bit of fear.
Jaewon, on the other hand, seemed very comfortable with him.
Instead of heading to a meeting room as before, we went straight to Doyoon’s office, and to be honest, I was surprised by the amount of light that filled that room. The main walls were entirely made of long, wide windows, and with the curtains open, the sunlight took over almost everything.
There were two white sofas in the center of the room, and it was there that Doyoon guided us to sit.
Jaewon sat beside me, touching my hand, perhaps sensing how anxious and nervous I was, and Doyoon smiled, handing me a small stack of papers.
“This is a copy of your contract. All the clauses you signed are there.”
