Harin seemed better. After the sad visit to his mother in Busan, the fear of losing our baby hit us hard, but that night fortunately ended well.
Early Monday morning, I insisted on ordering breakfast to the room. I didn’t want him to feel obligated to wake up hastily to catch the hotel’s complimentary breakfast. I made sure to choose everything that he would undoubtedly be happy to eat. I organized everything on the small table in the room and drank some coffee while watching him sleep.
Harin is beautiful; it’s crazy that I’m here now, looking at him sleep, and that I have such a perception once again in my life, but he is absolutely beautiful. The way his body is curled up, the manner in which his eyes are peacefully closed but still form two thin lines, and how his cheeks rest on his hands clutching the pillow under his head.
