Their bodies stilled. “You'll go?” His mother questioned and I moved past her, heading towards the stairs.
“Looks like she's really leaving,” I heard Mitchell rejoice. “Next time don't fight a battle you have no chances of winning.” She directed her silly advise at me.
“Follow her,” she ordered the bodyguard and he dashed up the stairs, trying to keep up with my pace. He caught up with me, pushed the door open and waited at the door. I turned back and barked, “get out!” He flinched, moving backwards while I angrily packed my clothes in my box through the mist clouded in my eyes.
I rolled my box down the stairs, tears gathering my eyes. The man trailed behind me. A small smile of victory tugged at Mitchell' s lips as I moved away from the house, opening the door before I got interrupted.
