Chapter 40. I Want You

Lynn’s POV

“What do you have under this dress of yours, Lynn?” He rasped out as he slid his hand down toward the hem and back up against my bare skin.

I shivered beneath his touch while a ragged breath escaped my lips. The excitement running through my veins was only ever this intense when it came to Drake. I’m pretty sure this guy has ruined me for any other man and if I had time to think about that, I’d probably tell myself to run away. But the only place I wanted to run to right now was his bedroom.

“Why don’t you take me upstairs and find out?” The feisty side of me was coming out and I wasn’t even a little bit sorry.

He growled deep in his chest and at first, I thought he looked a bit angry, but then he leaned forward and hiked me up over his shoulder. I let out a yelp and tried to hold onto his back the best that I could. His hand gripped my ass cheek beneath my dress as he turned and stormed inside, kicking the door shut behind us.

I knew
