"You have succeeded in ruining not just my life but that of Hermione and Tania. Hermione will never trust me again!" Hugo hollered after barging into my room.

I was wearing nothing but a white camisole and drawers since I was in my room. I could make things bad for him if I called for the guards to tell them that I was being molested.

"You want to be with a woman who was once your Alpha's sex slave? Are you that desperate?" I blurted, but his death glare cut me short immediately.

If glare were weapons, I'd be six feets below already.

"You have always searched for love and when Rolan didn't reciprocate your feelings, you resulted in blackmailing me. I was such a fool to have fallen for that,"

Laughter erupted from my lips as I sank onto the bed, holding my stomach as his expression turned into an angry scowl. "You sound so dejected right now, Hugo, do you want me to make you feel better?"
