"Not that I'm not glad that you're taking a day off with me, but I really think we should go to work."

"Jess, it's Friday almost weekend anyway, the Gala is not until next Thursday. Relax, we have employees paid for doing their jobs."

"But you're a control freak." I rolled my eyes at him, I learned about his work ethic when I looked into his company for the buy-out.

His workaholic attitude was one of the reasons why I chose to be bought out by his company. I know my people will have stability in their future, Tyler's dad had definitely raised his sons well.

"I think you broke me, lately I'm not focusing on my work." He rest his head on his hand, propped his elbow looking at me with a little smile on his face.

It was ten in the morning, we've had coffee, breakfast, we even had sex, twice. I was lying naked in his bed confused with what to do with the rest of the day.
