Aubrey admitted to herself that she would never marry again unless it was Collin. “Okay, I’m willing to let us get married even temporarily,” she told him, and her announcement came as a shock for the man. Well, he seemed to be shocked when he furrowed his brows while staring at her.

“It’s good then. I will start arranging the paperwork for our wedding,” Collin said before leaving because he had something to deal with that was more urgent at the moment.

When Collin left, Aubrey sadly looked at the beautiful flowers in their garden. After all, that wasn’t the proposal she had dreamed of. It was so far from what she wanted to happen. Well, several ladies wanted a romantic proposal such as in a restaurant, with a band on the side, and more.

For several days, Aubrey tried her best not to miss him every single day but he spent a week sorting out the needed paper works. When he returned, she noticed something different about him. Something was amiss but she couldn’t pinp
