It wasn’t difficult to find the source of the screams and curses.

A little further on, before fully entering the city, a circle of people surrounded what appeared to be the start of a fight.

Ziad held Aart’s hand, and they both squeezed together so they could see better. However, they were unsuccessful in getting closer to get a better look. So they had to ask the people around them.

“I also just arrived” a young man with brown hair replied “but from what I heard it seems like they are fighting for the demon reward.”

“Did they manage to capture him?” Ziad asked in surprise, did he get lost for nothing?

The young man was silent for a few seconds.

“so... they’re fighting over a monster that isn’t even theirs, and they have no idea that they managed to capture it, and that’s it?”

“... Yes.”

Ziad was also silent for a few seconds before thanking the young man and starting to pull Aart out of the circle.
