Chapter 32. Take Me Back

There was a ringing in Isabella’s ear when she woke up from too much drunkenness. The pain was still there, but she had more reasoning now than yesterday.

She could finally find logic somehow. A blanket was wrapped on her so she checked and found out she was naked.

She didn’t suspect anything or anyone because what she thought was she slept like that before wearing any clothes due to drunkenness. She hit the shower and fixed herself a bit.

“I must at least talk to him. I’ll ask my manager for my phone at least. I have no plans to back out or fly back to the states anyway. Not now! I just want to make sure if it’s true,” she said herself.

A little later, her manager didn’t show up but a package came in. It contained her phone, passport, wallet and other things with a note, “Sorry I couldn’t come. I apologize for restricting you. From now on, I will trust you. Use it as you will.”
