"That's right, Melinda!" She gives a bow and a smile.

"The reason behind me not getting married to Riek or taking her out in public since I found her is because she is entangled with some other Alpha, from Barry and I'm sure she must go with him to Barry."

"What?" Ulf gasps, she can't believe this, I can tell from the way she's looking at me. I simply blush.

"Why can't you have her repatriated?"

"You're from the judiciary right?" I ask the man in the midst who just uttered the question.

"Yes I am, Alpha."

"I thought so as well due to the term you used, it's somewhat familiar to the judicial system." I heave heavily. "Due to past issues before we met, which I was trying my best before now to settle, I can't do that. You know, I can't get married to a woman whose heart is not with me."
