Chapter 94. Fighting as Allies

The ground shook at the weight of the gigantic werewolf that suddenly appeared from the forest, taking down several trees as it dashed in our direction. It almost squashed Edison into a pulp. Thankfully, his reflex was fast enough to anticipate the attack of the enemy. He jumped as far as he could in front of me and Gram, and he crouched to protect us both from anything that might come in our direction.

I saw Jonas’s eyes change hues from icy gold to fiery red. His fangs bared into a loud snarl as another werewolf appeared again and attacked him from above, pinning him with its large paws as it landed on the vampire’s chest, burying him two feet against the ground.

“Jonas!!! No!” I screamed, making sure that Gram wouldn’t run away from me by gripping his rein as tight as I could.

I was about to scream his name again but my eyes went wide in shock when another one came from my back and was about to pounce on me and Gram.
