Chapter 55. Look After Her

Queen Galina’s POV

The sound of swords clashing against each other woke me up from sleep. I yawned, stretching my body with a pout sliding out of bed as I tiptoed to the door to listen to what the present pandemonium was all about.

Alpha Asrian kept me locked up in my room for months. I wasn’t allowed to attend events or watch the sunset I loved. The maids brought my meals and that was it.

I missed Hades. I know we weren’t the best in our relationship but he never hurt me like Asrian has done.

The sound of someone falling to the floor rose my heartbeat. Asrian has taken enough of me and has a mission to kill. I ran away from the door hiding at the corner of the curtain curling my body.

The door opens followed by footsteps.

“Please don’t kill me I’ll give you diamonds and golds spare my life.” I shivered with my eyes closed as I depicted the footsteps coming close in my direction.

“Galina.”
