Chapter 11. Losing Control

Liam’s POV

“Celeste!” I spoke her name, panicked as her voice spoke weakly “Are you okay? You’re in the hospital? I’m coming to see you!” Without another word I ended the call and jumped in my car.

I had no care that I was speeding. Winding in and out the traffic, ran a red light, the only thing on my mind was Celeste. What kind of trouble had she gotten herself into?

It wasn’t long before I arrived at the hospital. Jumping out of my car I ran into the building. Desperate to see Celeste.

Discovering which room Celeste was in from the front desk, I raced to it. Narrowly avoiding people as I swerved between people in the corridors. My heart raced, I needed to see her. Reaching her room, I burst through the door and my heart sank.
