Celeste’s POV

After the events of Julian, and how he had acted so weirdly inappropriate toward me. I had felt a little shaken, but being with Liam in this beautiful setting had really brought comfort to me.

Liam’s actions toward Julian had unleashed something within as well. Seeing him stick up for me like that, protecting me when it wasn’t his duty to. The more time I spent with Liam, the more attracted to him I became.

He controlled his emotions as well, I knew he would have wanted to beat the crap out of Julian where he stood, but he managed to restrain himself and be the bigger man. I wondered if that was for my benefit.

Regardless, the respect I felt for Liam was nothing I could describe, and I knew he returned my feelings. No one had gone out of their way for me as much as Liam Blackwell had, it was incredible how someone could be so kind hearted.
