Chapter 204

Alone in the darkness, Lucious leaned against a wall, his hand still on his cheek. He looked to still be in a daze, with dreamy eyes and a slightly dropped jaw. Haven had left earlier on, but he couldn’t shake off the effect of what she did to him. He hadn't moved since she left and now, he lowered the hand which had been holding the cheek she had kissed him.

“ She kissed me…” He said softly staring at the hand. He touched the place where her heavenly lips had kissed and brought his hand down to stare at it again. He placed his hands on his chest and listened to the loud thumping of his heart.
