Chapter 211

Lucious paced around the spacious office trying to collect himself. He was in such a hurry to come home and wanted so badly to ask Haven what she felt for him. He wanted to know if there was a chance for him, a chance for them. Lucious had lost all hope but then, her recent behavior got him thinking maybe not all hope was lost. He had so many questions now.

Has she started developing feelings for him? Does she love him too? Does she want him just like he wanted her? Does she now want him in her life? Does she need him or was it just his thinking?. Lucious wanted all the answers to his questions and intended on getting them but now that he was back, why was he getting all nervous? Why didn’t he go straight to her and ask her? Why is he suddenly getting anxious?

[ Damn,] Daryl's voice popped up in his mind. He could already see him yawning . [ Man up and go to her already. I want to see my beautiful mate in my arms, you're wasting precious time.]
