Haven blinked her eyes a couple of times trying to discern what had just happened. Haven's brows pinched together, Did she just yell?

Okay she must really be hearing things now.

" Did I..." She began saying but stopped abruptly.

' Did... Did I just talk !?? ' Her eyes were suddenly wide with surprise. If her hands hadn't been tied behind her, she was sure she'd have been holding her neck by now.

Haven couldn't believe it! She cleared her throat over and over again. She could hear herself.

Oh Selene!! She really could hear herself.

" Kira?" She called out quietly. Haven gasped in surprise.

' Oh Selene!! I can hear myself !!'

' Kira I can hear my self again!!' She squealed happily. All the pain she felt from the beatings the rogue gave her didn't matter anymore. She finally got her voice back.

' Your voice is back!' Kira said almost immediately. ' Now we can finally talk to our mate' She squealed happily too.
