Mia POV

When we returned, Kate had become totally drunk. She must have drank a lot while we were away.

She lifted her groggy eyes to us, trying her best to focus.

She blinked and pointed one finger at us.

“Why are you both returning together? And you……” she directed the finger at me, slurring her words. “You look like someone that has just got bent over”

My face turned beet red.

“That’s enough. You’re drunk” Michael cautioned.

“I’m not!” She turned to me again. “I would like to showcase one of my talents to Mia” Lukas and Michael both cursed under their breaths, like they knew what she was about to do.

She stood up and wobbled on her feet. Michael hurried to hold her steady but she yanked his arm off.

She headed to a pole that stood at the corner of the room.
