I returned to the palace immediately I had given Raya proper care for her wounds. The plan was that the two of them would continue to stay underground and I would come check on the periodically. When I returned to the palace I was told to go to the prison where Lord Christopher had been detained.

“Your Majesty? You sent for me?” I quipped once I had entered the cell.
