Dana’s POV

I continued living in the space of the room I was contained to for many months. I did not get food very often but I was given just enough to keep me alive and every time it was the same boy that brought me my food.

I began thinking as to why Lord Christopher was trying to keep me alive and the only reason I could think of was that he wanted to use me to threaten either Keenan or my sister or both of them. This was disturbing news for me because if that happened it could jeopardize their entire revenge plan. I could not let that happen so I decided that I was going to end it by myself.

I looked through the room for something sharp in which to slit my wrists. I wanted my death to be quick and with little pain but I saw nothing that could help me.
