Chapter 37
Keenan’s POV
“You really would not give me your blood?” she asked after a moment of silence.
“No,” I replied firmly.
“I really need it, Keenan,” she pleaded.
“What for?” I was a bit curious. The last time she said she needed human blood to survive, I was no human but a werewolf so what did she need my blood for?
“I… I think I might be addicted to your blood,” she was lying, and we both knew it.
“What did you use it for the last time?” I asked.
“It’s all for good, you know,” she replied vaguely.
“Good?”
“I cannot tell you exactly but I assure you it was not for anything… You know, evil,” she was smiling and I found that creepy.
“Are there times when you do good?” I asked with sarcasm laden voice.
“Not all witches are bad, there are good witches,” she said with a shrug.
“We call them druids or fairies and they exist only children stories,” I told her.
“I did not choose how I was born,” she said.
