Chapter 27. Pack Infiltration & Partial Justice

During the council meeting, Francis tried to incriminate Caroline and her mother. However, he lacked proof and the time to shield his actions from the council's scrutiny. He did manage to concoct some evidence against Gordon, leading the council to demand that Francis compensate for defaming my name.
