Chapter 15. Wear “Her” Clothes

Adrianna’s POV

The sound of the door made me shoot my head up. I stared at one of the guards as he brought food.

He placed it on the table at the center of the room, then he glanced at me. “Your meal,” he said before leaving the room.

My gaze landed on the plates of food: a bland soup, bread, and a few vegetables beside it.

I sighed. It was not like I was expecting heaven on earth here. As I turned back, the beast was at my back.

I bent to his height and smiled as I rubbed his head. “I need to bathe. Stay here and wait for me, okay?” I whispered.
