Adrianna’s POV

Still thinking about how I got into bed, I heard a small noise from the door.

Bianca peeked her head in. “Oh, you’re finally awake,” she said as she walked in.

My eyes furrowed in confusion. “Were you here before?” I asked.

She smiled. “Yes, honey, I came earlier to check up on you,” she said as she sat beside the bed.

“Did you put me on the bed?” I asked, clutching the duvet.

But she frowned, “No, I didn’t, why would I put you on the bed when you were already on the bed?” She said with a face that clearly shows she doesn’t understand what I’m trying to say.

“Oh, it must have been a dream, I guess,” I whispered with a small smile.

She sighed, “So how do you feel?” Bianca asked as she tried to touch me. The beast growled in a low voice.
