Chapter 100. He Will Be Fine, Right?
Adrianna’s POV
My hand grasped the plants, uprooting as much as my hand could. “You need to leave,” I heard the guard’s voice behind me.
But I didn’t respond. He was about to touch me when Bianca stopped him. “She’s here for an emergency. Let her go.”
Done with the plant, I dashed back to the mansion. Even when my leg stumbled on a stone, and I fell flat, I got up instantly and continued running.
Right in the room, “How did you get…”
I didn’t let him complete his statement. I shoved him aside and climbed onto the bed, not caring about the sand from the roots. I used my mouth to cut them apart.
With a trembling hand, I started placing all the leaves into his wound. Though the blood was still coming out, I still managed to stop it.
He looked so pale, and my heart squeezed. I pressed harder until the blood stopped seeping out.
