"Aadhira!!!W-what are you doing here?" Kabir asked in confusion.

It was a turmoil she was facing currently. Somehow, she did not want to tell him the reason why she was here...at Arnav's house. That thought alone scared her. Did she still have feelings for him?

Oh my God! Arnav will kill me if he gets to know about us! But, before me, he will kill Kabir! Gosh! Why is my life so messed up!!! She cursed internally.

"You both know each other?" Asked Arnav who was even more confused.

"Um...well! Yes, Alpha." Kabir stuttered thinking of a way to escape the question. Living with a werewolf for so long had enlightened him with all the do's and don'ts to save his as* as well as others.

"And how is that?" Arnav asked suspiciously.

"We were..." Aadhira started to speak some irrelevant lie keeping her eyes trained on Kabir when Kabir interrupted her by speaking a better convincing lie. Well, it
