Chapter 16. Jealousy Test

It was finally the weekend with sunny weather that was perfect to make Aaron jealous. I was waiting in front of the mansion door, eagerly waiting for my best friend’s arrival.

I squealed when I saw the Audi R8 pull over in front of the mansion. Robert came out looking ready to make someone burn. He came and gave me a brief hug. “Are you ready?” I asked him.

“Not sure. If he loves you as much as you say, then I’m digging up my grave,” he mumbled, and I chuckled.

“Don’t worry. I will arrange a good funeral for you,” I assured him, giving a pat on his shoulder. “Now, let’s commence our operation.” With that, I wrapped an arm around his bicep and walked inside the mansion while the maids gawked at us.

Once we reached the living room, I noticed Aaron descending down the staircase in his casual blue hoodie and trousers with a bluetooth device connected to his right ear.

“Um, who is he?” Aaron asked when he noticed Robert and me.
