Chapter 24. Baking Forgiveness
My eyes widened when I checked the time on my phone. It was half past six, and the party was supposed to start at seven. If it was any other party, we could have been late in fashion. In fact, I myself liked to arrive a little late. But today that couldn't be possible since we were the host.
“Hey, Aaron, why don't you put on a suit?” I uttered when we walked out of the kitchen on the terrace.
“What?” he let out in confusion.
“You always look great in a suit. You should wear it right now. I want to post some photos,” I said since Aaron would kill me later on if he appeared in front of his guests in his sweatshirt and trousers. I had to keep his prestige, after all, even if he thinks I am a whacko right now.
“As much as I love formals, I don't wear them at home,” he reasoned.
