Chapter 125. Truth Talks in Dreams

Ian gave me the bouquet of flowers. There were various kinds of flowers from there: carnations, roses, tulips, and her favorite large daisies.
“Honey…”
I called her by her favorite endearment. Slowly, she turned and saw me with the bouquet. She was hugging the human-sized teddy bear and upon seeing the flowers, she placed the bear at her side.
“Dylan, you didn’t—”
“I did. Happy Valentine’s Day, my Olivia.”
And then I handed her the flowers. They all smell so fragrant. The scents of all of them combined seemed ethereal. The florist was right. The combination of the flowers may have been different, but he’s sure my girl’s going to like it.
Seeing how she sniffs them now and the grin on her face, I’m sure she’s loving the flowers. Especially because all of those are her favorites. I only gathered them in one bouquet.
“Do you like it?”
She looked up at me, her eyes sparkling with gratefulness and joy.
