Chapter 31. A New Problem

I was feeling very indignant at Virginia's attitude, and even more so at that idiotic doctor's attitude.
"I am not your woman, Murilo " Virginia contradicted me, in front of the asshole "But you can say whatever you need to in front of him, doctor. He is the father of the baby.”
I almost couldn't contain myself in time to make a victorious face at the studly doctor and just gave him a corner smile, happy that she had consented for me to stay in the room and that I could hear what he had to say.
"All right, then. If you prefer it that way " he still had the nonsense to say "Your tests have revealed a serious case of anemia, Virginia.”
As she opened her eyes wide, stunned by the revelation, I immediately became tense and nervous. This was something to worry about, in the face of Virginia's pregnancy.
"Something that can be controlled just by eating healthier, or will medication be necessary? " I asked the jerk, now forgetting
