Chapter 110. Flower Crown

Selene’s POV

I knew when I was walking towards the way to the palace, that I was also carrying the bad gut I have right now the moment I left the house. It felt like something bad would happen, but I will just have to make sure that I will come home before the sun sets. I am sure Gerard’s gang will not make their threats true. That they will hurt my parents because they will be executed… right?

I disregarded all of my thoughts and focused on going to the palace where Camara’s birthday would be held. I wore the best dress that I also sewed to attend her birthday. I made a flower crown on my head, used the curly sticks from the stems of the flowers I picked from my mother’s garden, and sewed a tube dress which has roses and green gems in its right places. I kept it simple to not make a scene.

I held the gift I wrapped for Camara. It is also a handmade flower crown, and I made it very beautiful. It was a daffodil crown that had gemstones at every cent
