Chapter 66. Taking Sides

“I said it, and I will say it again: I am here to help you. I am on your side, Mitchell, because I know what is at stake if anything goes amiss. I just need you to listen to me and stop being so paranoid.” Liam’s mother says this, slamming the phone into Mitch’s hand.

I told you this woman is like a real chameleon. So now she has declared her side. It is well with me and Liam. Even if they gather the entire world and turn it against us, we will still fight and stand by what we are fighting for. We are not deviating from our course.
