At 15 and in grade 9, Amoux and Ainar were doing quite well in their studies, topping their classes and all outdoor activities. The humans couldn't understand where their strength came from. 

Even though they were careful in everything and had gotten used to hiding their powers, there were days when things nearly went south, making the humans suspicious for a period of time before moving on when they were unable to get evidence to prove that the kids were strange.
