Lena’s POV

As I walked into the house, Katilyn came to take my bag and my coat from me. “Mrs. Anderson, you must be really tired.”

I slumped on the couch and let out a sigh. “Yea, a little.” I raised my hand and tried to massage my shoulders.

All of a sudden, a large pair of hands covered mine from behind and began to massage my shoulders properly. I looked back to see Lucas standing behind me.

His face held no emotions as his hands worked on my shoulders effectively.

Seeing that he arrived before me, he probably isn’t working overtime for now.

“Mrs. Anderson, do you want something to eat? Alpha Lucas has been waiting for you all night, and he hasn’t eaten yet either.” Katilyn stood beside the couch and watched us with a smile on her face.
