Chapter 95. Find My Wife

Lucas’s POV

The doctor attended to Yvonne while I stood by the entrance. I checked my time and saw that it was getting late.

Remembering that I had left Lena at the party, I didn’t worry about it too much because I thought she would go back to the house alone.

‘You should have at least checked on her before you left,’ My wolf scolded me but I ignored because he was right.

I was so concerned about Yvonne falling from the stairs that I didn’t even pay attention that Lena was standing on the stairs too.

“Alpha, she’s okay. Just a little bruise here and there,” the doctor announced. “She just needs to take things easy and be extra careful next time.”

I nodded at him before he walked out. I moved closer to Yvonne and shoved my hand in my pocket. “How are you feeling?”

“I’m okay, I guess.” She forced a smile. “I’m sorry for dragging you into this mess and keeping you out this late. You should quickly go back home to your wife.”
