Chapter 20. Lewis’s House

As they got to the study she knocked twice and when she knocked on the door he responded that she should enter when she entered the study she began to move to where he has seated the marble furniture and the entire decor was top notched beautiful. She was bedazzled by it that she had not heard him call her name as she was walking towards where he kept his books.

“You know, I would appreciate it if you concentrated on the occupant of the study!” He said making her come off her daze.

“Oh! I am sorry sir” she said looking flushed from her unwarranted bewilderment towards his house so she stood at attention and told him that she was simply just admiring his exquisite taste and how beautiful everything looked and he arrogantly told her he loved the taste of his that’s why he bought it making her go from being happy and bubbly to being upset of what he had just said.
