Chapter 49. The Big Reveal

I’m not new to having my face all over the internet and billboards. But I’m also not used to having a crowd at my tail.

Even as Christopher drives me to the hotel, the cars trailing behind us puts me at a high level that causes my heart to skip from time to time.

Throughout the ride, Christopher doesn’t say a thing despite that he’s sitting beside me. I also remain silent. I don’t even know what to say.

‘Hi, I’m actually Mellow and I’ve been using you to enact my revenge.’

It doesn’t make sense. Even the thought of just apologizing to him seems like a forbidden act in this moment.

When we got to the hotel and to my room, I unlock the door to let Christopher and I in while he shuts the door behind him.
