Chapter 26

Tom finally sat back immediately when he heard the door closed. He was really tired of everything. He was already having a headache just within a few seconds of styling into the office. He closed his eyes to relax and calm his nerves down when the door opened with a loud bang. He opened his eyes to yell at the person when he saw it was Martinez, whose breath was irregular, showing she must have been running. She looked like she had just seen a ghost or a zombie.

Tom sat up immediately to ask the reason when Martinez finally caught her breath.

“Sir! Come out, it’s urgent!” Martinez shouted loud enough to push his oil out of his body.

Tom rushed after her and went out and was shocked to see almost all the city’s youths in front of the station with protest papers in their hands. Tom didn’t walk out of the station as he could see everyone through the entrance door. He sighed as he looked back at Martinez and gave her a quest
