Easton POV

My mind was spinning from what Jasper just said. He hurt my loved ones! He tried to kill my baby! This was too much for me. Maybe it's better if he just killed me instead. But I can't let this monster carry out his wicked schemes. I can't let him hurt Chloe and my baby again.

Jasper's arm was now wrapped around my neck and the tip of the gun was pressed against my temple. I had to rip that gun out of his grip but what worried me was that it was already cocked. I can't just let myself hurt and die. I still have to ask for forgiveness from Chloe and ask her to marry me. I can't let my baby be born without a father.

However, the door abruptly opened before I had the chance to take any action. ''Easton!'' Mori's voice suddenly boomed as she appeared at the door, with Liam behind him and some officers.
