The moment we walked into the premises, a gentleman who was dressed in a suit welcomed us. ''Welcome to the Volkov Building's branch office…'' he greeted us, and Easton gladly accepted the handshake that he offered him. ''I'm Luke, Mr. Volkov's secretary. We are very delighted to have you here, Mr. Gonzalez. They're waiting for you in the conference room...''

''Good day, Luke…'' Easton greeted him back. ''Thank you for your warm welcome. This is Chloe Bell, my personal assistant…''

I was hoping that we would exchange handshakes as well, but to my disappointment, all he did was look at me from head to toe before turning around and walking away.
