Even though she was aware that nobody in this town knew who she was, she couldn't help but worry that someone might see her with Jasper. ''That obnoxious woman who used to be your ex-girlfriend will have to spend a good deal of time apart from my husband. And I can do my plan on Easton without her. Perfect!''
