The sun was setting into the night, creating a soothing silence as I stepped outside onto the porch. A cool breeze brushed against my skin. I needed a moment to gather my thoughts. Ethan was happy with my brother baking cakes and making a mess. I knew that Nolan would follow me but I just needed to get some air for a moment. Everything had happened so quickly.
