Sofia’s POV

I wipe the sweat that is flowing from my forehead and get ready for another round with the punching bag in front of me. I came here quickly after we drop off Steel to school. I had to release some of the pent-up rage. I cannot believe how quickly that idiot became ingrained in my mind just by being around me. Last night, when I saw Sterling speaking with him, I didn’t really pay much attention to him. I almost attacked him when I came into the kitchen this morning and saw him idly munching cereal.

When I met him last night, I thought he looked familiar the night before, and my thoughts were validated when I saw him today. He visited my father’s estate years ago as Carlito’s buddy. I couldn’t stand him back then. He was an annoying jackass who took great pleasure in irritating me. Why is he in this place? And why does Sterling put so much faith in him? I vented my feelings on the punching bag and let those ideas to dominate me.
