Zevara’s POV

“Of course, we can’t,” Nina agreed. “Zevara leaves this mansion tonight, and without anything that I brought for you because obviously, you don’t deserve the life that I have handed over to you on a platter of gold,” she spat, her voice laced with disdain.

I can see it in her eyes. Nina hates me. But what I would like to know is, has she always hated me? Or the feeling developed just recently?

Of course, I already expected that she was going to throw me out of the mansion. I don’t intend pleading with her because it was already so obvious that she won’t listen to me. I don’t have anywhere else to go though.

“Fine,” I agreed and her brows widened in shock. She did expect me to beg her and now, she is disappointed. I moved towards the bedstand to get my phone. “Let me inform Alpha and Talon first. I don’t want them looking for me after I have already left.”

After they dropped me at home earlier, the Creeds men told me that they wanted
