Talon’s POV

“My father is sexually attracted to my mate,” I announced, my voice echd through the grand hall. I didn’t mean to say those words. I didn’t even want to involve Zevara because I’m afraid she will be judged by the people but I’m just too annoyed that I didn’t realize when the words slipped past my lips.

Chaos erupted inside the grand hall. Everyone gasps like I had just said the most ridiculous words ever. But yeah.. it was ridiculous; fated mate are destiny and my father being sexually attracted to my mate is an abomination.

Zevara was not my mate but then… deep inside me, I felt like she was my mate. No wolf has never aligned with any she-wolf like he did to her. My body has never reacted to any one else like it did to her. So.. yeah, I claimed her as my mate!
