It’s a good thing I don’t get seasick. I’ve had no idea whether I do or not until now, because I’ve never been sailing on the ocean before.

But the rocking back and forth is getting tiring. A couple of times, it got so rough I thought the bed would slide across the floor. Thankfully, there’s not much else in this room to move around.

I definitely wouldn’t want to live my life on a ship.

At least I’m untied. Either the men tied me up tight, or I fought too hard against the ropes, because I see purple bruises rising in the red, inflamed lines around my wrists. My ankles aren’t as bad. I guess I was more worried about my hands than my legs.
